These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Backyard Shopping web application and website (the "Service"), operated by Backyard Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"), a company based in Canada.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the app or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.2. Eligibility

- Pricing: Prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
- Errors: In the event of a pricing error (e.g., a $200 dress listed for $2), we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.
- Taxes: Sales tax (GST/HST) is calculated based on the shipping destination within Canada.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within Canada [and internationally, if applicable].- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx).
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is as follows:- Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt in the case of the “Try Now Pay Later” option
- For any other purchase, returns can be made within 30 days.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final Sale: Certain items (e.g., earrings, undergarments, or "Clearance" items) are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene or liquidation reasons.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued if the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the app, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Backyard Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our brand assets without written permission.8. User-Generated Content
If you post a photo tagging us or leave a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing purposes.9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law (including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act where applicable), [Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or products purchased through it.10. Governing Law
